We collect personal data (name, phone, optional email, and property details) through our valuation form. This data is used solely to provide the requested service and to communicate with you. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure (Supabase) and served via Vercel; valuation report text is generated by Anthropic PBC's AI service using only your property details and name (not used for model training); bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Only mandatory functional cookies (session management) are used — no marketing or tracking cookies. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
