KVKK Privacy Notice

This page provides a summary of our Personal Data Protection obligations under Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698). We collect personal data (name, phone, email, property details) through our valuation form, use it solely to provide the requested service and to communicate with you, and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is stored on secure infrastructure (Supabase / AWS, Frankfurt, Germany — EU) and served via Vercel (US). To prepare your valuation report, your property details and name are processed by Anthropic PBC's AI service (US) solely for generating the report; this data is not used to train AI models. Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile (technical connection data only). Data is retained for the duration of our service relationship plus the statutory limitation period. You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data at any time by contacting us.
